Project Description
CrossFingers is a street food restaurant in Bomonti that was designed and built by Piknik to reflect the vibrant and dynamic references to street food culture. The main design element is the huge white walls made of white tiles, which serve as empty canvases for Piknik's spatial drawings.
The restaurant has a casual and inviting atmosphere, perfect for grabbing a quick bite or having a casual meal with friends. The menu features a variety of street food-inspired dishes, such as burgers, hot dogs, and sandwiches, with a focus on fresh, locally sourced ingredients.
The walls in CrossFingers not only serve as blank canvases for Piknik's spatial drawings, but they also create a bright and airy atmosphere in the space. The use of white tiles on the walls enhances this effect, giving the restaurant a fresh and modern look. To complement the white surfaces, Piknik incorporated bold red LED lights throughout the space, creating a vibrant and energetic ambiance that evokes the feeling of being at a bustling street food market. This dynamic combination of white and red elements perfectly captures the youthful, edgy spirit of CrossFingers and its street food-inspired cuisine.
